After completing a BCom and post-grad training in digital media production I joined Ogilvy as a digital specialist. I spent 6 years in London, leaving Ogilvy to join eBay where I helped build the data-driven design capability of PayPal. Since returning to new Zealand i’ve worked at all levels - from start-ups to public sector, expanding my product design portfolio to include solutions for a wide range of industries, serving a diverse range of users
Success for me is to enable teams to follow a systemised, data-backed, agile design process: research, ideation, design, delivery and iteration.
